- Gate Entry : $10 Per Person , than $2 Per Vehicle ~ Showground Entry Fees Includes one free fun event.
- QCAS Fees: $10 first event ,$5 thereafter ---- $5 fun events
- Time: Nominations close 11am , Judging 12pm , Award announcements 2.30pm
