We believe that a supportive environment such as this group has helped us achieve our weight goals and we gather together to support and encourage each other for a healthier lifestyle.
This Support Group is open to the public and this includes men also. Not only women want to look fabulous for that special occasion. Men can achieve great results from a programme such as ours. This programme is a way of life for most people and group support is very important for us. By supporting each other, we are encouraged to move forward and lose those extra kilos that have managed to find our hips.
Here are some of our recipes to try;
Sue’s Cheese Scones
2 cups S R Flour
2 cups skim milk
2 cups lite grated cheese
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Mix all together and drop by soup spoon into the muffin pans.
Cook for 20 mins in a mod oven.
Makes 26 Units per serve: 1 ½
MALTESER FUDGE SLICE 1 CUP SELF RAISING FLOUR
3/4 CUP COCOA POWDER
2 EGGS LIGHTLY BEATEN
3/4 CUPS CASTER SUGAR
2 TBS VEGIE OIL
4 X 125G VANILLA FRUCHE
SIFT FLOUR AND COCOA INTO A BOWL. STIR IN MALTESERS.
COMBINE EGGS SUGAR OIL AND FRUCHE AND FOLD INTO THE FLOUR MIXTURE.
SPREAD INTO A GREASED AND LINE LAMINGTON TIN AND BAKE FOR 30 MINS IN 180 DEGREE OVEN.
CUT INTO 16 SLICES .
EACH SERVE PROVIDES 3 UNITS
OR MAKE SMALLER AND ONLY USE 1 1/2 UNITS
