Wildflowers of the Granite Belt

Wildflowers of the Granite Belt
The Wildflowers of the Granite Belt booklet is a photographic guide to some of the diverse wildflower species you may encounter in Stanthorpe's Granite Belt region.
The first edition of this booklet, published in 2007, was made possible by a grant through the Threatened Species Network and contains photos of over 170 species of wildflowers that can be found on the Stanthorpe Plateau.
The second edition of this booklet, featuring a stunning photo by Ian Milinovich of the rare Grevillea scortechinii subsp. scortechinii on the cover, was published in 2009. It was made possible by a grant through the Caring for our Country funding program and expands on the first edition by now including over 270 species of wildflowers that can be found on the Stanthorpe Plateau. It also includes a table of contents, full index with both scientific and common names and a section on weeds that people commonly mistake for being wildflowers. This little booklet will be a very useful addition to your wildflower reference collection.
