Border Landcare Organic Group (BLOG)

Border Landcare Organic Group   [BLOG]
The Border Landcare Organic Group was formed during the winter of 2002.
Every month members meet either at the home of one of the members for activities such as a farm walk, group discussions, interesting speakers, working bees, or we may go on a bus trip to places further afield.
These are generally held on the fourth Saturday of the month, and start at 10am EST.
Talk or activity starts at 11am sharp with lunch about 12.30pm.
Bring lunch to share, cup/glass/plates etc and a seat.
Don’t forget your hat!  If unsure of directions, ring one of the contacts listed below.

The next BLOG event will be on Saturday, 28th May - Permaculture and planting by the moon at Sugarloaf Permaculture with Dylan and Evita.

As Sugarloaf Permaculture nears the end of its 3rd year, Dylan and Evita invite you to a Question and Answer tour around our developing homestead. We still have a couple of pigs, many more roaming ducks, portable chicken trailer and net, and lots of guinea pigs! New structures in place since the previous BLOG visit feature creative use of used materials. And there have been some earthworks too.
