I think a community garden is a great idea, but not sure private land is such a good idea. What happens when somebody hurts themselves on your plot, somebody may want to sue. I hate to be the one to put a damper on things but who is going to pay the insurance?
Yes we would like to believe that nobody is going to sue but it is a possibility that should be taken into count if it has not been already.

I think the community garden is the first jobs fo every citizen, There are many ways to Builed up a community garden. In this way we can work with friends, neighbors, or a local assosiations. Trees and plants also provide us oxigen, who is the very important for life.
