This GraniteNet site is a revisit and reconception of the original GraniteNet site. The original GraniteNet site was no longer being used, except by one group, the Border Landcare Organic Group, and was considered difficult to use and clunky, and did not have the features needed by the community groups who wanted to use it.
The current project is administered by the GraniteNet Board, all members of the Granite Belt community. We have had some success with funding for this stage of the project, and we are seeking more funding for future stages with more ambitious outcomes forseen. If you would like to be more involved in the project and/or the board, please contact Kath McLachlan.
All community groups are welcome to apply to join the site.
Basic training of the tools used for editing pages is provided. If you can edit a document or send an email you should be able to add information to GraniteNet
